
đWhen you go to a place where you can sit and reflect, your breath begins to slow, and you naturally sink from your head into your heart, allowing it to take the lead. Your body starts to adjust on its own, creating space for release. As everything rises to the surface, you begin to realise that your body is a vessel holding countless emotions many of which remain unconscious because we have been conditioned to disconnect from our feelings.
When you truly observe how many suppressed emotions reside within you daily, it shifts your perspective on the blocks you unknowingly place upon yourself. What Iâve come to understand is that my daily practices are only as powerful as the vibrational frequency I embody. I once believed I was in harmony because my mind told me so, but when I fully leaned in opening myself completely I discovered that my heart was not as aligned as I had thought.
In that moment, as I surrendered, my body found its own way of releasing. Tears streamed down my face, and I realised just how much we protect our hearts in our daily lives. The moment we step outside our homes, follow our routines, or engage in the world, we switch to autopilot, relying on coping mechanisms we donât even recognise.
For me, the journey has been about uncovering that missing piece the hidden part of the puzzle. Now, I embrace the process of sitting in my heart space for longer and longer, allowing it to become my new reality. I no longer want to live any other way, because in this way, I am not just a spark I am a spark of magic, continuously igniting and growing brighter as I embrace this new way of being.
