Navigating the New Energy Template

This September feels like stepping into

an entirely new energy template one that is deeply empowering, sacred, and transformative for the mind, body, and spirit. It’s as though the universe is inviting us to expand our awareness and explore both the upper and lower worlds, each holding unique treasures that help us unlock our true potential.

In the lower world, we find the fruitful darkness. This is not an emptiness, but a sacred space filled with the hidden treasures placed there by our ancestors. Within this realm of the collective unconscious, we are asked to face our shadows and meet our inner demons. It is here that alchemy begins through confronting what is hidden; we transform. What once felt heavy becomes the very source of our strength. From this place, we reclaim our personal power and discover that what we once feared actually carries the key to our liberation. This depth, this richness, is the true inheritance gifted to us by those who came before.

The upper world, by contrast, lifts us into vision and possibility. It becomes the compass that shows us direction, the guiding light that reveals our potential and reminds us of what we are becoming. Here we glimpse the undreamed possibilities that live within us. It is the realm that gives us courage to take the leap, to move beyond the old and step into the unknown with trust.

What is becoming clear to me is that ancient wisdom and new wisdom are weaving themselves together like threads of different colours, creating a new fabric. It is as though the ancestors are offering their timeless truths, while new energies bring fresh insights, and together they are painting the walls of change around us. This weaving is what creates the new template we are now being asked to embody.

The lesson I am learning through this process is about balance and navigation. The upper and lower worlds are polarities, yet they are not meant to divide us. Instead, they are showing me that when these polarities meet in harmony, we arrive at a neutral ground, what I call ground zero. It is from this place of neutrality that everything can shift. Here, in the stillness, destiny itself can be reset at any given moment.

In this neutral ground, transformation becomes instantaneous. At this ground zero, life turns into living alchemy, where every step is both ancient and brand new. This process is not just personal; it generates a new frequency that radiates outward, touching everyone who crosses your path. The energy you cultivate becomes a ripple, subtle yet undeniable, creating shifts in others and in the world around you. It is a signature that is uniquely yours, an imprint that cannot be replicated, a resonance that only you can carry. In embracing this flow, you realise that each moment holds the power to reset, to heal, and to awaken possibilities both old and entirely new.

Reflection

As you move through this new season, take a moment to ask yourself: What treasures am I ready to uncover from the “fruitful darkness” of my past?

What visions from the upper world are calling me forward into possibility?

How can I bring these two polarities into balance and find my own ground zero?

Sit with these questions, journal on them, or meditate with them. Allow the answers to unfold gently because in this new energy template, every moment is a doorway to reset, rebalance, and step into a renewed destiny.
